I will show you in this guide, the way i do it and some others.
The Best one to use is a Soul Split and Enchated Excalibur set up.
To do it this you need the following:
- 4 God wars Range Gear items: Bandos, Zamorak, Saradomin & Armadyl.
This Includes: Coif, Body, Legs, Vambraces And Shield/God book.
There is many set ups. To shorten it down, i will list the items to use. On top of this, i will give 3 different set ups, with 3 styles to fight Avainse:

Demon Horn Hecklace > Split dragontooth necklace > Amulet of ranging > Fury > Glory
Armadyl Chestplate > Black D'hide Body
Armadyl Chainskirt > Black D'hide Chaps
Alerter > Ava's Accumulator > Soul Cape
Zaromak Vambraces > Other God Vambraces
Rangers Boots > Bandos Boots > Dragon Boots
Chaotic Crossbow > Rune Crossbow
Saradomin God Book > Other God Books > Dragonfire Shield > Blessed Spirit Shield
Ring Of Vigour > Archer's ring > Ring Of Wealth
Inventory:
Bonecrusher (With One Of the bones necklaces) > Enchanced Excalibur > Fire Titan + Scrolls > Food
One Click Teleport
Ranging Pots + Karil Crossbow + Bolt Racks (in case a players try to "crash you", Force you out of your spot)
Fire Staff (For High level alchemy)
Set up one:
This Set up requires Enchanted Excalibur (heals 400 life points)
This Set up can be combined with Soul Spilting for Players with 92 prayer and on curses.
If your combining, using bandos coif with zaromak god book. If you aren't use zaromak coif, Dragon fireshield and bandos boots

Amulet Of Ranging > Demon Horn Necklace (Combining Soul Spilt and Excalibur)
Armadyl Chestplate > Black D'hide Body

Set up two:
This set up requires 92 Prayer for Soul Spilting.

Armadyl Chainskirt > Black D'hide Chaps
Alerter > Ava's Accumulator > Soul Cape (Not advised unless you want to pick up all your bolts).
Saradomin Vambraces > Zaromak Vambraces

Chaotic Crossbow > Rune Crossbow
Zaromak God Book > Saradomin God Book (Depending if you want some more defence (Low Defence level) or extra Attack. Then just switch Vambraces for the opposite)
Archer's Ring > Ring Of Wealth

Fire Staff (For High level alchemy)
Set up three:
For this set up you can use either Food or a Fire titan (if you have a level)

Alerter > Ava's Accumulator
Zaromak Vambraces

Chaotic Kiteshied > Dragon Fireshield (Cheaper than keep repairing chaotic kite shield) > Blessed Spirit shield

Food / Fire Titan + Scrolls + Super Restore / Summoning pot
One Click Teleport
Ranging Pots + Karil Crossbow + Bolt Rack
Fire Staff (For High level alchemy)
After you have decided upon your set up. You can either teleport to trollheim, If you have done the quests to or walk it, To walk it. You'll need Climbing boots.
Once you get there, there two points you could use. I've colour coded them.
The Green Is a spot one. This normally has 1 or no people here. You have Armadyl, Bandos and Zaromak followers.
The Orange is spot two. This normally is crowed even on 1500 total level worlds. There at least 2-4 and hard to find a free world.
The Orange spot is easier, less running around but it is very crowed. The green spot is the spot i advise.
Once at the spot, Fire away. Becareful of the level 131 Avainse but theres a lot of other lower ones.
If you have took the Excalibur or soul spilt option, even both. You will not need to restock. If you use a titan or food, you will have to restock at some stage.
Stay as long as you can and weep your rewards.
Tips & Tricks:
-Nature runes will be dropped by Avainse at some stage, this is a free way to high level alchemy items like rune daggers.
-Karil bow can kill Avainse faster, to prevent crashers taking you spot, It depends on the ranging levels of you and the player crashing you.
-The Green spot is quiter and easier to use. So you can take you time relaxing than battling for kills.
-Most Times are stackable at avainse. The rest can be converted into coins through high level alchemy.
-You can kill avianse in the Armadyl Dungeon. How ever, there stronger and you need a grapple what uses space to get in there.
