Thieving - HAM Jewellery - Money Making Guide

This scheme requires barely nothing but 23 or more thieving level and Death to the Dorgeshuun Quest. (Please note the higher your thieving level. The less you get caught, less time it takes to do this guide).

Although you don't need anything below. I do advise the following Items:

- Adrounge Cloak 3 or more
- Gloves Of Silence
- Glory (4) - (20 or more in the bank to keep switching)
- Boots of lightness
- Enhanced Excalibur (For Healing, For Around level 75 Thieving and below)
  Or use a Whip / Dragon Scimitar
 (level 75 thieving and below, This is to kill the guards, if you get caught lock picking the door)
- Ring of vigour (If your using Enchanted Excalibur) > No Ring

Other:

- Food In bank for healing if your using a whip or dragon scimitar

Note: Players over 75 thieving wont need a lot of food or any at all.

The quickest route including banking is at edgeville, specially when using a glory.
Starting there, gather what you need and run east pass the jail to the ruins (House).
Lock pick the trapdoor and go down the ladder, Run south to the next trap door and lock pick that one as well

Climb down the ladder, and start pickpocketing. As a handy trick, if you talk to the guard and then pickpocket him, he wont move until you get caught. Saving you time and hassle.

Fill up on keys, as much as possible. You might get some items as well as keys whats worth keeping like 6 iron / coal. Don't worry about making space in the inventory for keys. All keys and other items will drop on the floor. Just sort through it.

Once you have all your keys, Its time to open the chests, you can do this in any order. I normally do Bronze, Iron, Steel then silver keys. The numbers on the picture above shows which chests requires which keys.
You can use chests number 5 but thats only steel. I don't bother.

Rewards from the chest are random. The worse thing you can get is 0 coins! All doors but bronze needs lock picking, unless you use number 5 chests (for steel). With bronze you just need to crawl through the gaps at the side.

Use up all your keys and teleport back to the bank.

Tips and Tricks.

- All Chest rewards are random.
- Talking to the NCP prevent it moving unless you get caught or walk away from it.
- Theres a good chance you can be overflowed with jewellery. unable to take all of it.
 A summoning monster like terrorbird can be used to increase your inventory. but wont be always filled.
- If using summoning skill. do not waste money on expensive carriers. it will just reduce your income per hour.
- The Adrounge cloak 3 can prevent you getting caught lock picking the doors. This is handy for opening them faster.
- Killing a guard will allow you instant access to a room (with in a short time scale).
- Having no ring on your equipment slot, allows you to carry one extra item, Just don't forget to bank it.
- Adrounge Cloak 3 and Gloves of silence increase your chances of pickpocketing. High levels wont get caught, Specially when using theses.
- Enhanced Excalibur is a handy way to get free life points.
- Can reach 200k per hour.
